Given the increased demand on the purchase of tickets through ticket offices, for the convenience of passengers and to further develop sales of tickets via the Internet, the management of "Ukrzaliznytsya" decided on the allocation of special box offices to redeem tickets issued through the Internet. Even though currently tickets issued through the Internet can be purchased at any box office of "Ukrzaliznytsya" out of turn, the railroad administration made a decision aimed at preventing conflict situations among customers and providing more convenience for people who draw up the purchase of tickets over the Internet.
In particular, such special ticket offices will be opened at the railway stations: Odessa-Golovna, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zhmerynka, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Kharkiv and Kharkiv-Passenger-Levada, Donetsk, Lugansk, Poltava-Pivdenna, Sumi and a few others. In Kyiv box offices will be opened at the Central and Southern railway stations.
